Torbjörn Gärdenfors is currently working as Member of the Board at Lytics Health AB. Torbjörn contributes with his substantial business, technical expertise and management background to help navigate Lytics' success in the transformation of healthcare. He is also the Founder and CEO of Pjama AB.

He has been involved in several startups within the technology field working as CTO and a business developer after his time at Ericsson in 2001. He has extensive international experience working with business partners worldwide. Even though he has an extensive technical background, his main interest is in the business development of new markets.

Torbjörn Gärdenfors is mostly known for being one of the tree inventors of MC-link at Ericsson Mobile that later became the widely adopted Bluetooth standard. He led the Mobile concept department ad Ericsson that first demonstrated the Bluetooth headset, MP3 audio mobile accessory, and mobile camera accessory.

Torbjörn has his educational and research background from the University of Utah were he, as a part of the work towards a PhD, was a part of the team that worked on the pioneering Artificial Vision Project aimed to give blind people vision.
